the her klub podcast management & editing

connect to grow is the podcast from the her klub, which is published weekly. for over a year now it is alternating between long episodes and snackable strong bite episodes. the podcast inspires women with real stories, valuable insights, and female empowerment.

in my role, i take care of all aspects of the podcast – from planning to publishing and repurposing content.

my key responsibilities include:
• coordinating and organizing interviews with guests
• editing and post-production of podcast episodes (including audio quality and fine-tuning)
• upload via the podbean distribution platform to all relevant streaming platforms
• creating social media content (clips, quotes, snackable content) from the episodes
• design in line with corporate identity (CI)
• continuous optimization to increase reach and visibility

through this end-to-end support, i ensure that connect to grow is professionally produced, designed in line with the brand, and successfully distributed – with maximum added value for the community.
