willkommen welt. is a children's podcast published by malia verlag, a space for stories that move people, founded by laura malina seiler. every tuesday, this wonderful podcast transports young listeners (and big hearts) to magical worlds full of imagination, questions, and mindfulness.

in my role, i am responsible for the overall management of the podcast – from preparation to distribution:
• guest coordination and episode format planning
• post-production coordination with manifestation media for podcast editing
• uploading and distribution via megaphone for all relevant streaming platforms
• conceptualization and creation of social media content from the podcast episodes – e.g., clips, quotes, graphics
• visual design and corporate identity-compliant implementation in accordance with malia style
• strategic marketing to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness

through this end-to-end support, i ensure that willkommen welt. not only inspires with its content, but is also lovingly designed, professionally produced, and successfully distributed in terms of visuals and sound – always with the goal of reaching children's hearts and sparking their imagination.

after uploading the trailer, the podcast was already in the top ten on apple podcasts in the family & kids category.
